Raghav Narayan — Managing Partner, Invest Eurasia

Raghav Narayan

Managing Partner

Raghav comes from a fifth-generation Delhi family with roots in law and property development. His family built commercial and residential real estate across India's capital for decades — an experience that shaped his understanding of long-duration asset deployment and generational wealth creation.

He read Economics at St. Stephen's College, Delhi, earned a law degree from the University of Delhi — practising at the Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Delhi — and completed an MBA at the Asia School of Business in collaboration with MIT Sloan on a full scholarship.

Cross-Border Track Record

At the Indofin Group, Raghav sourced and executed transactions that form the operational template for Invest Eurasia: a carve-out of an aquaculture division from an Italian conglomerate, transferring a British consumer brand's manufacturing operations to India, launching a European storage solutions company into Asia-Pacific markets, and structuring a real estate fund around asset-backed debt arbitrage between Asian and European jurisdictions.

At Involve Asia, a Forbes-listed technology company headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Raghav led a $12 million Series C financing round at a $100 million valuation and now manages investor relations, M&A strategy, and a potential listing on Bursa Malaysia. He has direct experience navigating the regulatory and commercial environments across India, Malaysia, Singapore, the UAE, Europe, and Australia.

Portfolio Interests

Beyond Invest Eurasia, Raghav's personal portfolio spans hospitality ventures across India and the UAE — including partnerships with prominent operators in the food and beverage space — alongside veterinary healthcare acquisitions in Greater Kuala Lumpur through Tails Petcare, a platform he founded to consolidate companion animal clinics in Malaysia.
